EXCHANGE PROCESS

Shipping: Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we'll process the exchange within 7-10 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
